Excellent house in the Kiko beach area (Terranova), one of the most beautiful beaches in the Valencian Community. It is very close to the dunes and the stay in it is very good. Comfortable and pleasant for families who love the sea and want to be as close as possible.

2 terraces: a very large rear one, with space to park a car and a very cool front one.
